It's awesome to see people debate intelligently like this. Makes me glad I joined the forum, even if it is dead and everyone's gone to the Golden Land without me.

I'm not too good at this, unless I'm in the mood, which rarely happens, and I'm a supporter of the Witches, so I'll just jokingly say this:

Since no one has stated that the windows were locked in Kinzo's room, though having little percentage of a miracle that the culprit may use it to transfer the bodies outside the room, still, this kind of theory can be applied to the case.
Since it was stated earlier...

No one gave the keys to Kinzo's room. Only Shannon, Kanon, and Genji posses the keys for lock.
Therefore...

The culprit used the window to move the bodies outside the room, he then left only two bodies inside the room for the reason that the ladder cannot bear with the weight of the culprit. He didn't throw the bodies for the reason that these corpse can still make a loud thud on the ground. Then he fled, hiding them all in KUWADORIAN!
Of course this theory can be cut down by a red truth that easily so...

The crime happened during Natsuhi's rounds at night. She always checks Kinzo's room for inconveniences for their Head.
And finally...

Kinzo's room was a perfect closed room, until Natsuhi made her nightly rounds, opened the door, and was the first victim of the culprit. The crime happened exactly at 21st hour, and the culprit took 10 minutes interval for repeating his crime....
